We are looking for some new junior creatives to join our production team in 2025!
During 2024 a pilot mentor program was established providing youth musical theatre members opportunity to direct, musically direct, choreograph or stage manage in a supported environment. This safe space allowed our youth participants to express themselves without fear of judgment, fostering emotional growth and self-confidence. The program provided a freedom to experiment and explore new ideas, essential for artistic growth, and positive learning experiences.
The Western Theatrics creative team providing support will consist of a director, musical director, choreographer and technical manager with years of industry experience and teaching skills. If you have ever wanted to explore creating a youth production, then this could be an ideal opportunity.
